Sometimes appointments have to be rearranged.
To be effective and fair to all my clients and myself, please let me know by 9am on the day before your appointment if you need to cancel or postpone an appointment. If you don’t let me know of your cancellation by then you will be charged either £40 for a 1.5 hour or £30 for an hour session.

In the case of arriving late, please be aware that your session may be shortened to enable me to finish work at the pre-arranged time. You will still be responsible for the cost of the full session.
If for some reason I am not on time, if convenient to you, I will make up the extra time or adjust the price of the session accordingly.
