Refining the light touch

I admit to being a bit of a course junkie, but it’s a win-win situation.
I get so wrapped up in the doing, I sometimes forget to tell you about my latest knowledge. So, since the last post I’ve been on two more courses. Both covering fascial bodywork…KEEP READING! Although Dr Ida Rolf pioneered fascial bodywork in the last century, the importance of fascia is only just being acknowledged.
There’s indirect and direct fascial bodywork:
Indirect work is based on light touch, helping the body to unwind emotionally and physically. Direct work identifies areas of imbalance, and improves the body’s structure and alignment.
Both make you feel a whole lot better.

So give me a ring to discuss any pain you may have. And we’ll take it from there.

All the best for 2017
