This may not float your boat. You may not know what it means. But I can promise you, when they are used in a massage you get much better results. Your pain decreases more quickly and you feel SO much better.
So to add to upper back, lower back, shoulder girdle and TMJ, this summer I have covered advanced courses in legs and feet, and arms and hands. The benefits of which have been felt by runners and those with carpal tunnel syndrome in particular.
